If your product is marked as REJECTED it means that our moderators reviewed it and decided it is not suitable to be published on MintSpace. You can try a new product any time. For more information please check our Review Guidelines.

Bidding on your own auctions or buying and selling to yourself is not allowed.

Every uploaded product goes through a review process. As soon as our moderators check and approve your work it will be published on MintSpace.

When you upload your product and it has a “Pending review” status you can check the auction box under the product’s title and insert all the requested data. After your product has been published it is not possible to change it to auction.

If you have not sold the product you can delete it in your dashboard under products. Just click on “Delete product”.

You do not need to have a web shop to publish a product. Just pick a name for the shop that will be automatically created on MintSpace. The URL will be generated automatically.

The minimum withdrawal amount is 100 USD.

Once your balance reaches 100 USD you can request a withdrawal in your account’s dashboard. 

You can download it in your dashboard under “Downloads”.

It usually takes from 2 to 5 business days.

With purchasing items on MintSpace the buyer is granted the full license to create and sell NFTs based on the bought artwork. In other words, the buyer has a licence or permission to create and sell NFTs based on that specific work.

If you wish you can create an NFT on any known platform with the artwork you just bought or you can resell it (including the license to create an NFT) on MintSpace. This can be easily done on your vendor dashboard by clicking “add new product”. 

This feature is still in the development phase. For now you can buy or sell art and convert it to NFT via external providers.

The average time for a product to be published is between a few hours to one day, depending on how many products are submitted on a given day. Rejected products will be automatically deleted after 7 days.

If you wish to delete rejected products before the seven days period, please contact support at and include the names of the products you wish to be deleted.

The minimum size of a product is 400x400px.

No, your bid is not binding. When the auction ends the highest bidder receives an email including a payment link but he/she is not obliged to execute the payment. 

However if you fail to fulfill the payment several times we will take corrective actions, as appropriate, including but not limited to removing the products and deleting your MintSpace account.

Credits are points that are used to upload products. Every time you upload a product, one credit will be deducted from your account.

You may get free credits by liking our social media accounts and sharing your product’s link on MintSpace to your social media profile.

You can edit your username and profile picture in your dashboard under Settings. Unfortunately, it is not possible to edit the background picture.

If you wish you may upload your product again but only if the auction failed and you have not sold the product.

No, selling the same product multiple times is strictly forbidden. Only the buyer may resell the product.

No, selling products that are made with automated tools (such as free avatar making programs) is strictly forbidden.

Yes, if you buy a product on MintSpace you may sell it on other NFT marketplaces.

MintSpace accepts payments via credit card or crypto currencies while the withdrawal is possible only to your bank account.

You may download the bought product at any time via the link in the order confirmation email or send us ther order ID to and we will add the products to your account.

If you want to verify your MintSpace account you need to click the activation link received in the activation email. If you didn’t receive the activation email, please check your spam/junk folder. For support contact us at
