Today, NOSU Scouts handed over the Light of Peace from Bethlehem to the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy🇺🇦

This year we value this ceremony especially strongly. Today it is not just a symbol of peace, hope and love. This is another confirmation that only by uniting we will be able to create a better tomorrow. It is from hand to hand, from one Scout unit to another, that the Light travels through borders and gets to everyone who is waiting for it🕯️

This year, the presentation of the Light of Peace to Mr. President was of particular importance, because for Ukrainians his figure now embodies a bright future. We believe that this light, which was distributed in the Office of the President, will help its employees in these difficult times💜

We are deeply honoured to express our gratitude to Mr Zelenskyy, the staff of the President’s Office, all the volunteers and all Ukrainian people working every minute on bringing peace to Ukraine🕊️
